Hey Jana! Thanks for the email. It is really hard to leave elementary school and go to a new school. In my experience with other students from Underwood there are usually kids that you will know when you get to your new school. In the past we have had many kids that go to Martin, Ligon and Daniels. I bet you would even know some 7th graders. Also, Jana, you are a friendly girl and I think you will make many new friends at middle school. I think that if you are interested in Daniels you should apply and see what will happen, but remember the other schools will have great kids and fun new people for you to meet :-)

What if you get bullied by older students on the first day of school and the teacher will not listen to what you say?

Hey Haley! If possible I would let another adult in the school know and let your parents know. I would also use your friends for support and let them know how you are feeling. I bet they will have had similar circumstances and understand how you feel.

Hey Chloe! I think you should keep in contact with them if possible. You could email them, set up weekend activities or talk on the phone. You might even end up being at the same school again at some point, you never know. :-)
